Wings Etc. is reviewing a smart phone answering system from SoundHound AI that is capable of automating the process of answering phone calls. This system would take carry-out orders, automatically entering them in the POS, and it would answer most questions about the business and menu, while also offering the option to speak to a person if the guest prefers.
Our goal with this survey is to gauge interest by determining how many locations might be interested in deploying this technology, upon completion of a successful pilot conducted across multiple locations.
The cost per location would be between $350 - $400/month.
